SPORTS MASSAGE
Regular sports practice must be accompanied by professional sports treatment, to recover and even prevent injuries.
I'm here to monitor you and provide you with healthier sports with better results.
RELAXATION MASSAGE
Tiredness and a tense body can be reflexes from a stressful day-to-day in which you don't keep a moment to yourself.
I advise regular physical activity, good nutrition and of course one of the following massages.
PACKS & HOME
I have an office at Penha de França, in Lisbon, but for your convenience and yours, I provide services at home, with a couch and massage chair.
In addition, I have relaxation packs, sports massage and at home.
